Thread Indicators

Thread indicators are important when it comes down to titling a thread. We know thread titles are primarily for the title of the topic, so we ask that all members use the proper thread indicators below and a mini-icon will display in the thread area at all times. In doing so, members will be able to distinguish between Private, Open, Completed, Closed, Pending and other variables used in different situations. Thread labels are only visible in full reply mode, so make sure to mark your threads appropriately. Staff will be enforcing this rule for easy identification of threads useful to both parties. If you have questions, please reach out to Staff and/or members in the Guidance forum. OPEN - Topics with label are open to all characters and shouldn't be kept to selected few. Topics with this label may have a 24-48hr response period. Can also be used for member shops. PRIVATE - Topics with this label are by invite only from the Author and often consist of two characters. There is no posting period unless desired by the Author and existing participants. PENDING - Threads with this label pertains to many different sections of the forum which includes the Guidance Forum, Ravens Market, Auditions and Activity topics in "Sound the Horn!" Topics that are pending approval or completion of a staff member should have the PENDING label in them. Topics in the Guidance forum should be labeled as pending upon submission of the topic. When a member or staff member addresses the question or suggestion, then it will be updated as In-progress. IN-PROGRESS - A label used when a Question, Suggestion or Maintenance topic is being addressed. Also used during activity topics while in-progress. COMPLETED - Regarding Ravens Market transactions and Guidance topics, the COMPLETED label will be updated by member or staff when a Question, Suggestion, issue or transaction has been resolved or completed. Member can also use it for Activity topics to indicate to a staff member that the topic is finished or when a general roleplay topic is completed as well and no more replied are needed. CLOSED - Used for Activity topics when signups are over, member shops are closed, etc.
